The objectives of the Constructability Review Workshop are:
- To ensure all pre-requisites are in place, at various stages (design/ engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning), to meet project objectives.
- To identify all viable causes of failures, deviations, anomalies, etc. that may occur, which would result in impacts on:
- The Shutdown Schedule;
- The Construction Schedule;
- The Construction allotted budget; and
- The Construction Quality in terms of eventual adverse impacts on the “integrity” of the installed facilities or their “reliability”.
- To identify all necessary mitigation measures that would rectify any identified unwanted events, loopholes or drawbacks.
