HSECES Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) is a detailed listing of activities to be carried out by an Independent Competent Person (ICP) or Independent Verification Body (IVB) during the audits on HSECES.

The Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) defines the criteria that need to be confirmed for each HSECES in order to confirm that it is compliant with relevant Performance Standard(s). The requirements are extracted from relevant PS for each asset, and provision made for relevant evidence to be inserted as the project progresses.

WSE is prepared for defining review/audit activities that need to be undertaken by an Independent Verification Body (IVB) for integrity assurance of the identified HSECES.

WSE includes examination activities to be undertaken for each identified PS of HSECES at different stages of project to verify technical integrity of identified HSECES. WSE will provide necessary link with identified hazard to define its importance with regards to preventing and limiting consequences of a major accident.

The individual PS+WSE for each HSECES is attached in Appendix-1 and 2 for ZK-182 and ZK-300 respectively.

Following legend is used for describing the different phases of life cycle of the project where the verification scheme is carried out (WSE):

D: Design;
P: Procurement;
F: Fabrication;
C: Construction & Commissioning;
O: Operation.
