The Project HSE Plan underpins COMPANY HSE Management System. To demonstrate compliance with COMPANY HSE Policy and achieve the associated strategic corporate HSE objectives, it is imperative to:
- Design the right facilities;
- Effectively manage all the HSE aspects related to engineering in a methodical/structured manner;
- Eliminate all HSE high risks or minimize them to ALARP, as applicable.
Achieving the above necessitates an excellent project delivery, supported by a best in class “Project Specific HSE Plan”.
The Project HSE Plan is considered as a live document that specifies for each project stage all relevant HSE deliverables such as:
- HSE studies;
- HSE reviews;
- HSEIAs;
- Details of any submissions for approval; and
- Any other verification.
Each Project HSE Plan is specific to the relevant project and is developed and owned by the Project Management Team. It is also used central repository of the HSE deliverables.
